01 Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 33gd platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, please notify the support team in advance.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, email, mobile number, payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
2.4 Account Security
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
03 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Limits and Methods
The minimum deposit amount on 33gd is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please use the correct transaction reference number when making a deposit.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Your account must have completed full verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be made.
- Withdrawals are only possible to registered payment methods.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is incomplete.
- 33gd may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
3.3 Currency and Conversion
33gd provides services in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All transactions will be completed in Taka. Prevailing exchange rates will apply for transactions involving foreign currency.
04 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit after registration must be at least ৳500.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A promotion may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in its terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 33gd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Terms for VIP cashback and other promotions are governed by the rules stated on the relevant promotion page.
- 33gd may change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
4.4 VIP Program
33gd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play.
05 Gameplay and Fair Use
5.1 Fair Play Policy
33gd is committed to ensuring full fair play. All games use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are not predetermined, and each round is conducted independently.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Use of bots, automated software, or scripts.
- Bonus abuse — attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system or game software.
- Attempting to defraud the platform by colluding with other users.
- Fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to network disconnection or software error, 33gd will attempt to resume the game from the last verified state saved on the server. In such situations, our decision will be considered final.
06 Security and Privacy
33gd uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial data secure. We will never ask for your password or banking PIN via email or chat.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

- In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.

09 Limitation of Liability
33gd always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, 33gd will not be liable for any financial or other loss in the following circumstances:

- In the case of errors by third-party software (game providers).
- If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or sharing of account details.
- In the event of unforeseen technical disruptions (force majeure).
In any circumstance, 33gd's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the relevant transaction.
10 Changes to Terms

These terms and any matters related to them will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Both parties agree to prioritise discussion for the purpose of resolving disputes.
